The Tektronix AFG5101 is a three-wide programmable arbitrary/function generator module for TM 5003 or TM 5006 Mainframes. It operates over 0.012Hz–12MHz with 8K waveform memory, 150ns risetime, and 3.5-bit resolution. It includes 5 predefined waveforms, GPIB connectivity, 99 waveform storage, and supports sine, square, triangle, and ramp outputs.
Ideal for signal simulation and testing, the AFG5101 offers sweep modes (arbitrary, linear, log) and modulation options (AM/FM) with output accuracy of 2% and impedance of 50 Ohm.
