The Tektronix AM5030 Current Probe Amplifier is a GPIB-enabled TM5000 module designed for wide-bandwidth AC/DC current measurements using A6312, A6302, A6303, and XL Series probes. It features IEEE-488.1 compatibility, supports automated control, and does not require calibration with specific probes.
This amplifier can be operated via front panel or GPIB interface, and supports degauss, DC balance, and self-test functions without external controllers. Ideal for high-speed, reliable current probing.
