The Tektronix CFG250 is a benchtop function generator operating from 0.2 Hz to 2 MHz with one channel. It supports sine, square, and triangle waveforms, with output voltages from 0 V to 20 V and a 50 Ohm output impedance. Sweep modes include external, internal, and linear, with variable duty cycle and symmetry adjustments.
