The Tektronix DPO3052 digital phosphor oscilloscope offers 500 MHz bandwidth and up to 2.5 GS/s sample rate on all channels, capturing transient events with 5M record length and 50,000 wfm/s capture rate. Standard features include sin(x)/x interpolation, 9-inch WVGA display, and advanced Wave Inspector® controls for efficient waveform analysis.
It supports serial triggering and analysis for I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, RS-232/422/485/UART protocols. USB and Ethernet connectivity enhance data handling and PC control, all within a compact 9 lb unit.
