The Tektronix DPO7104 is a 1 GHz digital phosphor oscilloscope offering up to 20 GS/s sampling on a single channel and 500 Mpts record length. It features FastFrame™, MultiView Zoom™, and Pinpoint® triggering with over 1400 combinations. The 12.1” XGA touchscreen and MyScope® interface enhance analysis and navigation efficiency.
Ideal for signal integrity, jitter analysis, and protocol decoding (I2C, SPI, CAN), it supports compliance testing for USB, Ethernet, and MIPI. Its advanced debugging tools meet telecom and datacom standards.
