The Tektronix DPO7354 is a 3.5 GHz real-time digital phosphor oscilloscope with up to 40 GS/s sample rate on a single channel and 10 GS/s on all four. It features a 500 MS record length, FastFrame™ segmented memory, and a 12.1” touch display. Pinpoint® triggering with over 1400 combinations and MyScope® custom windows boost diagnostic efficiency. Additional capabilities include serial protocol decoding (I2C, SPI, CAN, etc.), jitter and spectral analysis, and support for MIPI®, USB 2.0, and Ethernet compliance testing.
Designed for high-performance debugging and verification, the DPO7354 excels in signal integrity, jitter, and timing analysis. It supports low-speed serial buses and transient investigations.
