The DPO70000SX 70 GHz oscilloscope uses a compact and scalable package that allows flexible system configurations and allows users to position the oscilloscope close to the device under test. The DPO70000SX provides ultra-high bandwidth real time signal acquisition and analysis up to 70
GHz analog bandwidth. The patented Asynchronous Time Interleaving (ATI) architecture provides low noise and high fidelity for real time signal acquisition for complex optical modulation analysis, jitter and noise analysis of high speed serial signaling and frequency, phase and modulation analysis of wideband RF signals. The DPS77004SX system is a 2-unit solution delivering 2 channels of 70GHz analog bandwidth or 4 channels of 33 GHz bandwidth.Returns
