The Tektronix HFS9003 is a modular, C-size VXIbus mainframe capable of supporting up to 12 high-speed stimulus channels through any combination of HFS 9DG1 and HFS 9DG2 generator cards. It includes a CPU card, time base card, and features precision timing down to 1 ps resolution, multi-channel architecture, and advanced frequency controls ranging from 50 kHz to 630 MHz with ±1% accuracy.
Ideal for characterizing CMOS, ECL, ACL, BiCMOS, and GaAs devices, it allows for complete stimulus setup in minutes, precise channel-to-channel timing, and supports GPIB (IEEE 488) programmability for seamless integration into automated test systems.
