The Tektronix HFS9DG2 Data Time Generator card is part of the modular HFS9000 Stimulus System, delivering four single-ended outputs with variable transition times from 800 ps to 6 ns and a bandwidth of up to 315 MHz. It supports flexible voltage ranges from -2.00 V to +5.50 V and precise edge placement through a fully digital programmable architecture. The HFS9DG2 is ideal for simulating TTL, CMOS, and BiCMOS logic signals, and integrates seamlessly within systems requiring precise stimulus across multiple channels.
This module is perfect for mixed-logic testing setups, and can be combined with other HFS9DG1 or HFS9DG2 cards within a single mainframe to simulate a wide variety of signal types. Configuration flexibility supports a scalable setup with up to 640 channels across multiple systems.
