The Tektronix MDO3104 is a 4-channel, 1GHz bandwidth oscilloscope offering a 5 GS/s sample rate and 10 M record length. It includes a built-in 1GHz spectrum analyzer, upgradeable to 3GHz, and supports 16 digital channels with optional MSO. Its 6-in-1 integration includes a logic analyzer, arbitrary function generator, protocol analyzer, and digital voltmeter/counter.
Ideal for modern embedded system design, the MDO3104 supports over 280,000 wfm/s capture rate, extensive serial protocol support, and 13 waveform types for generation with 50 MHz bandwidth.
