The Tektronix MSO46B/4-BW-1000 is a high-performance 6-channel mixed signal oscilloscope with 1 GHz bandwidth, 6.25 GS/s sampling rate, and a 13.3-inch full HD capacitive touchscreen. It includes FlexChannel® inputs and a record length of up to 62.5 Mpoints, offering >500,000 waveforms/s capture rate and up to 16-bit resolution in High-Res mode.
This model supports 48 digital channels (TLP058 probe required), features advanced triggering, stacked display mode, quick access result bar, and extensive connectivity with USB2, USB3, Ethernet ports, and HDMI. Ideal for high-speed and complex signal analysis.
