The Tektronix MSO46 4-BW-1500 is the 1.5 GHz bandwidth configuration of the MSO46, a 6-channel 4 Series MSO. It samples at 6.25 GS/s with a 12-bit ADC (up to 16-bit in High Res mode), and offers 31.25 M points record length as standard. The 4 Series MSO is a mid-range mixed signal oscilloscope with FlexChannel inputs that accept either an analog probe or an 8-bit TLP058 logic probe, a 13.3-inch HD touchscreen and Spectrum View.
