The Tektronix MSO5054B Mixed Signal Oscilloscope offers 500 MHz bandwidth and 5 GS/s sample rate with 4 analog and 16 digital channels for advanced signal fidelity and detailed system analysis. It includes a 125M point record length, Wave Inspector® controls, FastAcq™ waveform capture rate over 250,000 wfms/s, and Visual Triggering for fast debugging. The included TPP0500 probes provide up to 500 MHz bandwidth with low loading.
It supports segmented memory, MagniVu™ acquisition at up to 16.5 GS/s, and serial protocol decoding. Optional jitter, mask, and DDR analysis ensure versatile application coverage.
