The Tektronix P5050B is a 500 MHz passive voltage probe featuring 10X attenuation, 10 MΩ input resistance, and 8 pF input capacitance. With a compact probe head, 1.3 m cable, and replaceable tip cartridges, it ensures safe and precise probing of small circuit elements at up to 300 V CAT II.
Its compatibility with Tektronix scopes and support for compensation ranges from 16 pF to 22 pF make it ideal for service, R&D, and low-power device testing.
