The Tektronix P5100 is a high-voltage probe engineered for high-frequency applications, supporting measurements from DC to 250 MHz. It provides a 1000V CAT III rating and can handle up to 2500 VDC+Peak AC. The unit features 100x attenuation with Readout Coding, a compensation range of 7-30 pF, and compatibility with scopes of similar capacitance. Certified to UL3111-1, EN61010-1, and other safety standards.
