The Tektronix P5210 Differential Probe features 50 MHz bandwidth, allowing measurement of floating voltages up to 5,600 V (DC + peak AC), and 2,200 V common mode (RMS). It includes overrange indicators, switchable attenuation, and bandwidth limit options.
Ideal for power device evaluation and switching power supply design, the P5210 is compatible with TEKPROBE™ interface scopes and the 1103 TEKPROBE® power supply adapter.
