The Tektronix P6015A High Voltage Probe measures up to 20 kV DC and 40 kV peak pulses with 75 MHz bandwidth, ideal for fast, high-voltage signal analysis. It features a 7–49 pF compensation range and a readout option for Tektronix scopes.
This probe includes a silicone dielectric that needs no refilling and a compact compensation box for adjacent amplifier inputs, supporting heavy-duty high-performance tasks.
