The Tektronix P6109 is a 10X passive voltage probe compatible with oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ input impedance and up to 100 MHz bandwidth. It provides 10 MΩ input resistance, 11.8pF–14.8pF capacitance, and includes a readout pin for automatic attenuation detection.
Ideal for precision measurements, the P6109 supports 300 VRMS maximum voltage and fits a wide range of general-purpose oscilloscopes via its 2-meter cable.
