The Tektronix P6130 is a subminiature 10X passive probe engineered for compatibility with general-purpose oscilloscopes and the Tektronix family of subminiature probe accessories. It offers selectable cable lengths of 1.5, 2, or 3 meters, supporting bandwidths of up to 250 MHz (150 MHz for 3 m version). With a compensation range of 15–35 pF (15–30 pF for 3 m), it provides accurate signal fidelity and robust performance.
