The Tektronix P6201 Active FET Probe offers exceptional signal fidelity from DC up to 900 MHz, featuring a low input capacitance of 1.5 pF and input resistance of 1 MΩ. With selectable 1X, 10X, and 100X attenuation and AC/DC coupling, it supports advanced signal acquisition. A variable DC offset of ±200 V and a selectable 50-ohm termination make it ideal for various oscilloscope systems.
Designed for digital logic family analysis including ECL, GaAs, CMOS, and TTL, the P6201 is also suited for high-speed analog signal characterization with precision in timing, bandwidth, and rise times.
