The Tektronix P6202A is an active FET signal acquisition probe designed for 50 Ohm and 1 megaohm interfaces, offering a bandwidth from DC to 500 MHz. It features 2 pF input capacitance, 10 megaohm input resistance, 10X/optional 100X attenuation, AC-DC coupling, ±200 V variable DC offset, and selectable 50 Ohm termination. This probe ensures low circuit loading and high linear dynamic range, compatible with Tektronix 400, 2400, and 7000 Series oscilloscopes.
