The Tektronix P6203 is a 10X, 1-GHz active probe designed for high-speed logic and analog circuit testing, featuring medium impedance and a ±10V variable DC offset controlled via the mainframe. It supports communication through the TekProbe™ interface, sharing critical probe data and drawing power directly from the host, eliminating external supplies. Compatible with the 11000-Series oscilloscopes, it integrates seamlessly with plug-ins like 11A52 and 11A71.
Its IDENTIFY function facilitates actions such as autoset and setup recall through the mainframe Utility Menu. Designed for versatility, it can also be used with other oscilloscopes via the 1103 TekProbe™ power supply.
