The Tektronix P6616 MSO probe offers 16 digital channels via two 8-channel pods, designed with recessed ground tips and low 3 pF loading. It delivers fast acquisition up to 500 MHz toggle rate and 1 ns pulse width.
Compatible with Tektronix MSO4000B and MSO5000 Series, it ensures efficient probing with 100 kΩ input resistance and a compact, color-coded interface for easy setup.
