The Tektronix P6780 logic probe provides 17 channels (16 data, 1 clock/data) and supports bandwidths up to 2.5 GHz for accurate, high-speed digital signal measurements on MSO70000 Series oscilloscopes.
Each lead set includes positive and negative inputs for flexible test point connection. With D-Max® contact technology, it ensures secure PCB attachment without onboard connectors.
