The Tektronix P7506 TriMode Differential Probe delivers 6 GHz signal fidelity with <75 ps (10-90%) and <50 ps (20-80%) rise time. It supports differential input ranges of ±0.75 V (5X) and ±1.75 V (12.5X), with selectable attenuation and a voltage window from +4.0 to –2.0 V. This probe also features an offset voltage range up to +3.4 V and DC differential resistance of 100 kΩ, providing nondestructive input range up to ±15 V.
Tektronix TriMode™ architecture allows differential, single-ended, and common-mode measurements without repositioning the probe, enhancing test flexibility and reducing setup time. Ideal for precise signal integrity analysis.
