The Tektronix RSA306B USB Spectrum Analyzer covers a frequency range from 9 kHz to 6.2 GHz and features a real-time bandwidth of 40 MHz, Type-N RF connectors, and a 60 dBc SFDR. Its minimum event duration for 100% POI is 15 μs. It connects via USB to a PC running SignalVu-PC™ software, enabling comprehensive real-time analysis, streaming, and deep signal evaluation.
