The Tektronix SD20 is a single-channel, 20 GHz bandwidth sampling head engineered for ultra-low noise measurement in digital communications and fast device analysis. It achieves a rise time of 17.5 ps and displays noise typically at 750 µVRMS, which can be reduced to 350 µVRMS with smoothing.
It excels in capturing fast switching characteristics, assessing timing jitter and signal noise in high-speed circuits, and enabling precision digital IC measurements.
