The Tektronix SD22 is a dual-channel 12.5GHz sampling head engineered for low-noise environments in digital communications, digital design, debugging, and high-throughput ATE systems. It features a 28 ps acquisition rise time and a typical displayed noise of 450 µV RMS, which reduces to 180 µV RMS with smoothing.
