Supporting 10:1 attenuation and ±4 V dynamic range, it connects via TekVPI™ interface, ensuring optimal probe-to-instrument fidelity and performance.
Ideal for verification, debugging, and analysis of high-speed signals in research, manufacturing, and timing-sensitive applications up to 8 Vpk-pk. Offers full oscilloscope menu access and remote control.
