The Tektronix TCP0030A Current Probe offers accurate AC/DC measurements from 1 mA up to 30 A RMS with bandwidth up to ≥120 MHz. Featuring split-core design, low insertion impedance, and DC gain error under 1%, it connects via TekVPI™ and supports automatic scaling, remote control, and fast setup via UI menu.
Ideal for analyzing power electronics, inverters, semiconductor devices, and mobile systems with high accuracy and minimal drift. Measures peak currents to 50 A and supports two current ranges: 5 A and 30 A.
