The Tektronix TCPA300 Current Probe Amplifier provides precision AC/DC current measurements from low milliamp levels to 150 A DC, depending on the compatible probe—TCP312A (30 A, 100 MHz), TCP305A (50 A, 50 MHz), or TCP303 (150 A, 15 MHz). It enables wideband current analysis with high accuracy and minimal signal distortion.
Ideal for high-frequency and high-current testing, its automatic scaling, low insertion impedance, split-core design, and AC/DC coupling ensure efficient measurement without loading the device under test.
