The Tektronix TDS784A is a 1 GHz, 4-channel digital oscilloscope with a 4 Gs/s sampling rate and 50 kpts record length. It features a color display, InstaVu acquisition, HDTV video triggering, and supports complex signal analysis via FFT, integration, and differentiation. Its vertical sensitivity ranges from 1 mV/div to 10 V/div, with 8-bit resolution, extendable to 13-bit using Hi-Res mode.
Ideal for signal integrity and timing analysis, it provides 25 automatic measurements, advanced triggering including glitch and slew rate, and supports waveform pass/fail testing and external VGA output.
