The Tektronix THDP0100 High Voltage Differential Probe delivers ±6000 V differential range with 100 MHz bandwidth and 2500 V/ns slew rate. It features 100X/1000X switchable attenuation and bandwidth limit, with CAT I 2300 V and CAT III 1000 V safety ratings.
