Tektronix THS720P is a dual-channel, 100 MHz oscilloscope and power analyzer with 500 MS/s sampling rate. It offers harmonic analysis, power measurements, PWM motor drive triggering, and glitch capture down to 8 ns.
It includes 21 automatic measurements, RS-232 programmability, full-floating isolated channels, and an integrated DMM with datalogger.
