The Tektronix TLA520x is a modular high-resolution logic analyzer designed for TLA700 systems, offering configurations with 34 to 136 channels, state capture up to 235 MHz, and timing capture up to 8 GHz with 125 ps resolution. It includes deep multi-megabit acquisition memory per channel, glitch/setup-hold triggering, and supports digital-analog correlation.
Compatible with TLA700 series mainframes and controlled via a Windows XP platform, it is ideal for complex digital system debugging and performance analysis.
