The Tektronix TLA704 is a portable logic analyzer featuring MagniVu™ acquisition technology, offering 500 ps timing resolution on all channels via a single probe. It supports up to 200 MHz state acquisition, simultaneous state and high-speed timing analysis, and features 64-channel pattern generation at up to 268 MHz.
Ideal for digital verification and debugging, it integrates waveform search, a 4-channel 1 GHz oscilloscope, and supports up to 16 modules for large applications.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
