The Tektronix TLA714 Logic Analyzer Mainframe is a versatile platform supporting 4 single-wide or 2 double-wide modules, including logic analyzers, pattern generators, and digitizing oscilloscopes. It offers 200 MHz state acquisition, 500 MHz timing analysis, and 128 Mb per channel memory.
With MagniVu™ technology providing 500 ps resolution, it supports simultaneous state and high-speed timing analysis using a single probe. Remote control via Microsoft COM/DCOM and a Windows interface enhance its usability.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
