The Tektronix TLA715 Logic Analyzer supports up to 4 single-wide or 2 double-wide modules, integrating logic analyzers, pattern generators, and digitizing oscilloscopes. It offers 800 MHz state acquisition, a 1.25 GB/s data rate, and 8 GHz deep timing analysis. MagniVu™ technology ensures 500 ps timing resolution on all channels continuously, with simultaneous state and high-speed timing analysis through the same probe.
This model supports broad processor and bus compatibility, with universal source code correlation for real-time trace and performance analysis. It also features remote control via Microsoft COM/DCOM and operates on a Windows 2000 Professional platform.
