The Tektronix TLA7AA2 is a 68-channel logic analyzer module offering 500 ps (2 GHz) timing, 32 Mb memory, and state acquisition up to 800 MHz. Integrated MagniVu™ technology delivers up to 125 ps timing resolution across all channels, enabling glitch, setup/hold triggering, and transitional storage. High-speed timing, state, and analog analysis are performed simultaneously using the same probe with ultra-low capacitive loading (0.5 pF).
Ideal for debugging hardware, verifying processors/buses, and embedded software, it features source synchronous support and real-time tracing. The compression probe system ensures minimal intrusion on circuits.
