The Tektronix TLA7AB2 is a high-performance logic analyzer module designed for demanding verification tasks involving multiple high-speed digital signals. With 68 channels and MagniVu™ timing providing up to 8 GHz (125 ps resolution), it delivers ultra-high-speed capture capabilities.
It supports logic state sampling at 120 MHz and can be configured for up to 450 MHz. With a base memory depth of 64 Mb, expandable for extended trace captures, the TLA7AB2 offers excellent visibility into system behavior over time.
