The Tektronix TLA7N4 is a 136-channel logic analyzer module equipped with MagniVu™ technology, enabling 2 GHz (500 ps) timing resolution. It supports up to 200 MHz state acquisition and simultaneous state and timing analysis using a single probe. With up to 8 Mb per channel deep timing, it excels at capturing elusive faults and analyzing complex digital systems.
