The Tektronix TPP0101 is a 100 MHz passive voltage probe designed for BNC oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ, 20 pF inputs. It features 10X attenuation, a rise time under 3.5 ns (typical), and a 1.3 m cable length. Certified under UL61010-031:2007, CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 61010-031-07, and IEC61010-031/A1:2008.
