Featuring 10X attenuation, a 1.3m cable, 10MΩ input resistance, and less than 12pF input capacitance, it ensures accurate signal capture with a rise time under 7ns. It supports up to 300Vrms (CAT II) and complies with UL61010-031 and IEC standards.
