The Teseq CBA 1G-150 operates within an 80MHz to 1GHz frequency range, delivering a minimum output power of 150W (175W typical) and 120W at 1dB compression (150W typical). It offers ±2dB flatness, 52dB gain, and uses GaAs Class A design for high reliability and low distortion. Optimized for radiated EMC testing, it handles poor matches from broadband antennas and maintains full power even with open or short circuit outputs.
