The Amplifier Research 15T4G18 is a self-contained, forced-air-cooled broadband traveling-wave-tube (TWT) microwave amplifier engineered for low-harmonic output in sub-band ranges, offering wide instantaneous bandwidth, high gain, and moderate power. Its dependable micro-TWT delivers a conservative 15 watts minimum at the output connector, or 10 watts when operating in low-harmonic modes, with all power specs referenced to the fundamental frequency.
The front panel’s digital display presents forward and reflected output alongside detailed system status via soft-key menus. Standard features include IEEE-488 (GPIB) interface, 0 dBm input, VSWR protection, gain control, and an RF output sample port.
