The Anritsu MP1763C Pulse Pattern Generator works with MP1764C or MP1764D Error Detectors for 12.5G BER testing. It allows clock and data signal amplitudes from 0.25 to 2 Vp-p with ±2 V offset adjustment, and includes a variable delay function for phase margin analysis. It supports M-series pseudorandom or programmable patterns with standard 1/8 parallel output and options for 1/4 parallel or differential outputs.
With differential inputs, low FM/PM-noise clock generator, and complementary outputs, it is optimized for high-speed logic, ICs, SAN devices, and digital system testing. The built-in 3.5-inch floppy drive and GPIB function simplify automated, repeatable measurements.
