The Anritsu MS4623C expands measurement capabilities up to 6 GHz, delivering precise vector network analysis across RF devices. It covers 10 MHz to 6 GHz with direct receiver access for maximum flexibility, supporting modular add-ons such as time-domain, noise figure, IMD, harmonics, and group delay. Featuring a low noise floor of –105 dBm and wide dynamic range of up to 125 dB, the system ensures superior signal fidelity and fast sweep speeds at approximately 150 µs per point.
Engineered for both active and passive device characterization, the MS4623C offers optional third-port capability and internal source extension to 6 GHz. Its wide functionality makes it ideal for advanced RF design, testing, and research applications.
