The Tektronix DPO714AX 7-BW-8000 is the 8 GHz bandwidth configuration of the DPO714AX, the 4-channel 7 Series DPO. It samples at 125 GS/s on all four channels with a 10-bit ADC, very low noise and a low-jitter timebase, and offers 500 M points record length as standard. The 7 Series DPO is Tektronix's high-performance real-time oscilloscope for high-speed serial, RF and signal-integrity measurements, with TekConnect inputs and a 15.6-inch HD touchscreen.
