The Tektronix MSO58LP BW-500 is the 500 MHz bandwidth configuration of the MSO58LP, a 8-channel 5 Series MSO Low Profile. It samples at 6.25 GS/s with a 12-bit ADC (up to 16-bit in High Res mode), and offers 62.5 M points record length as standard. The 5 Series MSO Low Profile is a 2U low-profile version of the 5 Series MSO for automated test and rack systems, with 8 FlexChannel inputs.
