Le Teledyne LeCroy LabMaster10-65Zi est un oscilloscope modulaire à ultra-large bande passante allant jusqu’à 65 GHz, conçu pour l’analyse de signaux de nouvelle génération. Avec une bande passante configurable de 20 GHz à 65 GHz, une fréquence d’échantillonnage maximale de 160 GS/s par canal et une prise en charge jusqu’à 80 canaux analogiques à 36 GHz ou 40 canaux à 65 GHz, il offre des performances de pointe. Sa mémoire longue de 512 Mpts par canal et son jitter intrinsèque inférieur à 50 fs rms garantissent une précision inégalée dans les mesures haut débit.
Le LabMaster10-65Zi est parfaitement adapté aux communications optiques, aux systèmes de données à l’échelle du téra-bit et aux applications de recherche avancées. L’architecture ChannelSync permet un jitter inter-canaux inférieur à 130 fs, assurant une synchronisation optimale entre les modules.
